RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
